O'Sullivan Named Of Counsel To Ellis & Boxer

Roger O’Sullivan has recently become Of Counsel to the law firm of Ellis & Boxer.  Mr. O’Sullivan received his B.A. summa cum laude from the City University of New York, Hunter College, and his J.D. from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law.  During law school, he clerked at the Sydney, Australia and New York City offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, where his work focused on international mergers and acquisitions.  Since law school, he has focused on health care and intellectual property.  He is licensed to practice law in New York.  Stephen Ellis, the firm’s Managing Partner, states, “Roger will make an important contribution to the firm’s Business Law and Litigation Practice Group.  He will be a valuable asset to the firm’s New York clients, particularly those involved in biotechnology.”
